Webshop Return Policy

Items may be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. If there is a problem with an order you have received, please contact us via email. Customers who are simply unhappy with their items are fully responsible for return shipping and are not refunded the original shipping fee. All refunds are processed upon receipt of returned items.

If you wish to exchange an item, the simplest way would be to facilitate your return via email and purchase the newly desired item on our webshop.
